VideoControlRoom is a 24/7 video monitoring center based in Hallam, VIC. We rent out our exclusive and state of the art video surveillance equipment to businesses all across Australia. We provide you with the products and training necessary to self manage your business through video surveillance over the internet while our 24/7 video surveillance team keeps an eye on things when you’re not around. How VideoControlRoom Began

In the late 1990's our founders noticed a continuing trend among security companies: their products were expensive and essentially ineffective. False alarms were rampant, systems were difficult to monitor and manage, and despite amazing leaps forward in the IT Sector little in the way of information technology had made its way into the electronic security sphere. Identifying a growing consumer demand for more efficient and cost-effective security products backed by IT technology and support, our founders came together in to create VideoControlRoom, a new, more efficient, more cost-affective approach to enterprise security.

VideoControlRoom takes a 'one network' approach to customer service. Selling systems outright results in a network imbalance, that puts all customers at risk. In a control room where some customers own their systems and maintain them, and others don't - operators get dragged into spending time supporting false alarms and system malfunctions instead of providing excellent customer service to owners of good systems.
